Everyone loves a free professional headshot! You’ve got the whole team on location and dressed up at your event, why not offer matching headshots. Perfect for company website directories, LinkedIn profiles or business cards, our headshot station can accommodate 12-20 guests per hour. Our Photographers use multiple studio lights and reflectors and the highest quality portrait lenses to capture the perfect image.

Package starts at $649 for up to 2 hours or 24 guests, Additional hours are at $195 per hour or $29 per guest, whichever is more, and include the following

• Professional photographer on site
• Choose between instant proofing on screen or receive a selection of images to review post-event to choose your favourites
• Each guest will receive two retouched images post event
• Your choice of white or black background or use the natural ambience of the location
• Web gallery of all images with free downloads after the event
• The portrait station is an open style station and requires at least a 10×20 ft space to set up

Additional Options available

• Instant printing of each image in 4×6, 5×7, or 6×8 sizes
• Black display folders to protect and present your prints
• Professional makeup artist on site
• We can strip out the background so you can add your own post event
• We can set up a sharing station to email the prints directly to the client
